Le Xuan (aka Lex) Nguyen possessed eighteen years of international experience in technology field. He started his career as IT business analyst in BlackRock (USA) then took on various in sales and marketing roles at IBM, Oracle, Red Hat, Microsoft and Amazon Web Services. He has built businesses for these MNCs across Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar & Cambodia markets.
In his latest role, Nguyen built and led B2B sales organization for local unicorn, VNG Corporation, in their new venture of cloud services called Vinadata.
Nguyen earned Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University with major in Information Systems and minor in Business Administration.

1/ Mr Khoa Ngo – Country Head of Global Markets – HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd.
Ngo Dang Khoa is Country Head of Global Markets at HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd., a position he has held since February 2017. Khoa has held a number of different positions in Global Markets since joining HSBC Vietnam in 2006.
From 2006 to 2014, he worked as a Senior Rate Trader. While holding this position, he helped build and maintain one of the most active and leading bond trading houses among foreign banks in Vietnam. He also managed the risk for Forex trading activities and maintained the leading role of HSBC Forex trading in Vietnam.
More recently, as Head of Trading in Vietnam, from 2014 to early 2017, Khoa’s key responsibilities included managing the risk for Rates, Derivatives and FEX trading activities. Khoa is a highly recognised speaker at many reputable events in Vietnam relating to macro economy and banking industry.
Khoa holds an MBA degree from Suffolk University Business School (USA).
2/ Mr. Dean Rolfe – Partner, Head of Market Entry – KPMG in Vietnam
Dean leads KPMG’s Market Entry team and has practiced taxation for over 30 years. Dean started his professional career in Australia and has worked in a number of locations including the United States of America, Europe and Vietnam.
During his time in Vietnam, he has developed a detailed knowledge of local inbound investment considerations including a deep understanding of Vietnamese tax and regulatory considerations applicable to inbound investors. Dean’s knowledge also extends to the taxation considerations applicable to digital (e-commerce) business models as well as more traditional business models used for manufacturing and product distribution. This international experience combined with his local knowledge has allowed him to assist many foreign investors successfully enter the Vietnamese market.
Dean is a member of EuroCham’s tax committee in Vietnam and regularly makes submissions on Vietnamese taxation matters.
3/ Neil MacGregor – Managing Director – Savills Vietnam
Neil is the Managing Director of Savills Vietnam and has been with the company for the last 17 years. Neil has overseen Savills growth as a former subsidiary of Chesterton Petty team of just 25 people to the Savills Vietnam team of over 1,000 people and the leading property consultant in Vietnam. Leading the investment team, Neil has completed some of the largest investment transactions in the country.
Prior to moving to Vietnam, Neil was trained and qualified as a real estate specialist in London, gaining extensive experience in property valuation and investment. He was a Senior Surveyor with the international investment team at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, and was responsible for majority property investment acquisitions and sales throughout the UK and Europe.
In 2012, Neil was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the highest professional qualification awarded by the Institution, in recognition of his outstanding achievement, success and expertise within the profession.
