Vietnam Airlines Opens Check-In Counters, Private Boarding Gates for Passengers on Flights between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City

From January 1, 2020, Vietnam Airlines will arrange aviation check-in counters and private boarding gates to serve passengers flying between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. At the same time, customers have the opportunity to be invited to flights with departure time 90 minutes earlier than the time indicated on the ticket if there are available seats. This new policy will help passengers travel smoothly, save time on the most bustling domestic flight in the country.

Accordingly, at Noi Bai airport, Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City passengers are served separately at counters B1, B2 and B3. Similarly, at Tan Son Nhat airport, guests flying from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi are served separately at counters B5, B6, B7. To shorten the travel time for passengers, check-in counters are located near the security entrance. Passengers can also check in themselves via the mobile app, website or kiosk at the airport to save even more time.
