This October, The Royal Pavilion of The Reverie Saigon is introducing delightful culinary renditions of authentic Cantonese dishes featuring fresh crab presented in a refined atmosphere of jade, vermillion, and gold. This flavorful a la carte menu presents favorite dishes including steamed crab claw with egg white and black truffle paste, simmered crab with glass vermicelli in clay pot, and stir-fried crab with garlic and chili. Dishes starting from 428,000++ per serving.





Capturing the essence of Cantonese fine dining, the talented culinary team at the Royal Pavilion presents an exquisite array of authentic cuisine featuring only the finest ingredients. A celebration of authentic fare, the menu raises the bar with its masterful preparation and exquisite presentations of delicacies such as abalone, sea cucumber and bird’s nest alongside must-haves such as suckling pig, dim sum, Peking duck and honey-glazed barbeque pork.
