OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Vietnamese national to fill in the position as part time Intern in HCM. This person will be responsible for administration tasks covering a wide range of departments such as events, administration, marketing and accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of BBGV Hanoi intern include but not limit to the mentioned below:

1. Responsible for admin works, filing system and paper works in BBGV office (40%)

- Support the hard copy filing system 

- Send out all post; the invoices, contracts, other mails

- Obtain signatures from the Boards

- Organise stationary orders

- Support with BBGV membership tasks

- Translation of files and document when needed

2.  Event Support and Coordinator (50%)

- Registration and reception

- Coordinate with line Manager to ensure that all logistics are in place 

- Coordinate to obtain vendors’ quotation and supplier’s contacts

- Provide support for any administration that is required

- Support the Football Tournament in HCMC for licenses and logistics

3. Other tasks assigned by line Manager (10%)

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Male candidate is preferred
•  Senior students or graduated
•  Fluency in English and Vietnamese
•  Good computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•  Self-motivated, honest, reliable, outgoing, willing to learn and a ‘can-do’ attitude
•  Working time: flexible, 5 days per week, 4 hours/day
