Job title: Intern
Reporting to: Assistant Director (based in HCMC)
Type: Full-time
Location: HCMC Office

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Vietnamese national to fill in the immediate position as Intern. This person will be responsible for administration tasks covering a wide range of departments such as events, membership, marketing and accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reception (10%)

Responsible for handling telephone calls, mail and generic email correspondence

2. Responsible for admin works, filing system and paper works in BBGV office (20%)

- Manage the hard copy filing system
- Send out all post; the invoices, contracts, other mails
- Obtain signatures from the Boards
- Organise stationary orders
    
3. General Administration support for Charity events (15%)
- Coordinate with the Events Officer to ensure that all logistics are in place
- Provide support for any administration that is required

4. Membership (15%)

- Support membership team with administration of membership documentation
- Assist when required, to update profiles on BBGV online directory
- Support the membership team
- Issue and send out membership cards

5. Responsible for Discount schemes (20%)

- Renew expired discount partners
- Find new discount partners
- Update all discount information to website & Facebook & directory
- Send out discount standees

6. Event Logistics Coordinator (10%)

- Registration and reception
- Responsible for lucky draw prizes for all events in HCMC

7. Provide administration support for Marcomms (10%)
- Ensure email marketing database is updated, segmented by sector and job designation
- Coordinate with membership Officer to ensure the membership portal is updated

REQUIREMENTS:
Essential.
•    Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, Management and/or related fields
•    Excellent spoken and written English (IELTS 7.0 equivalent)
•    Good IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•    Self-motivated, honest, reliable, outgoing, willing to learn and a ‘can-do’attitude
