Vietnam, August 28th, 2017 – CBRE Vietnam is pleased to welcome Mr. Adam Fitzpatrick as Director, Advisory & Transaction, Office Services and Capital Markets, Ho Chi Minh City.
Adam is a RICS chartered commercial valuation surveyor with over 10 years of real estate experience. Starting out in London, Adam obtained experience in leasing, tax advisory, development consultancy, and investment agency. In the UK, he also worked with CBRE UK within Global Workplace Solutions where he gained initial exposure to major corporate clients and significant real estate projects.
Following his experience in the UK, Adam moved to Dubai and carried out commercial valuations and provided investment advisory throughout the UAE and MENA. Prior to joining CBRE Vietnam, Adam held a senior role with Colliers International, Vietnam as Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services. Adam has a significant network of existing clients in Vietnam and across the region, along with a solid understanding of the complexities of Vietnam real estate market and the nuances of doing business here.
Adam will work closely with CBRE Vietnam’s Managing Director Ms. Hang Dang and senior members of the team to drive the company forward and expand operations. He will also act as a central point of contact for regional instructions and develop connectivity in particular with Singapore to further their commitment to Vietnam., Leveraging the experience and reputation CBRE already has in Vietnam, Adam will assist across all sectors, working with existing clients and attracting new ones across the region.

Another significant personnel update includes the promotion of Ms Duong Thuy Dung, the current Head of CBRE Research & Consulting Services to Senior Director, CBRE Vietnam – in July 2017. In her new role, Ms Dung’s expanded scope includes responsibility for Hospitality and Valuation in addition to her current purview over Research and Consulting. Ms. Dung will be involved in business development activities for CBRE Vietnam.
A professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Ms Dung has been with CBRE Vietnam for 10 years.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms Dung worked for Feikema, a construction and investment company, as project team leader, based in The Netherlands. Some of the major developments which she was involved in include the Groningen Stadium, in The Netherlands, the redevelopment of Trafalgar Square, United Kingdom and Potzdammer in Berlin.
